Northstate Window Tinting is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, chips, cracks, worn seals, faulty electronics, or aftermarket modifications.
By booking service and/or signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that window tint installation involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, potential damage to defroster lines, electrical components, trim, or aged materials.
Northstate Window Tinting is only responsible for damage directly caused by our workmanship and verified at the time of service prior to the vehicle leaving the premises.
All warranties apply only to defects in workmanship or materials provided by Northstate Window Tinting. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper care, failure to follow aftercare instructions,
accidents, environmental conditions, or damage caused by third parties.
Customer acknowledges that window tint laws vary by state and are subject to change. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the selected tint shade and installation comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Northstate Window Tinting does not guarantee that any requested tint percentage or configuration is legal in the customer’s jurisdiction. By proceeding with the installation, the customer accepts full responsibility for any violations, fines, citations, or required removal resulting from non-compliant tint.
All booking deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are credited toward the total cost of the service.
By signing this document electronically, I acknowledge and agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent of my handwritten signature.
I consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with this agreement and any related documents, communications, or transactions with Northstate Window Tinting.
