Northstate Window Tinting is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, chips, cracks, worn seals, faulty electronics, or aftermarket modifications.
By booking service, the customer acknowledges that window tint installation involves inherent risks. Northstate Window Tinting is only responsible for damage directly caused by our workmanship and verified at the time of service.
All warranties apply only to defects in workmanship or materials provided by Northstate Window Tinting. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, environmental conditions, or damage caused by third parties.
All booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are credited toward the total cost of the service. If a customer needs to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment.
